With 73 acres of beautiful vistas and gently sloping south facing Loam at 2,100 Ft, we have mineral rich fertile soil deposits from ancient volcanos. Located in the Rogue Valley AVA, we are minutes from the Applegate River.  Our focus is simple, “Growing delicious grapes in support of best-in-class wineries.”

This historic property was once associated with the Jacksonville Gold Mine circa 1860, housed a mining encampment called Grub Creek, including a small boarding house, general store and 2 local brothels. Today, it now supports agriculture and a robust eco system of wildlife including eagles, deer, bear, waterfowl, large cats and other animals.
